Glass for Europe

The Brief

Glass for Europe needed an engaging animation to explain the functionality and benefits of advanced automotive glass. The video had to highlight both its positive environmental impact and the recyclability of glass when treated correctly at end-of-life. Targeted at policymakers and a general European audience, it was essential that the animation could also be adapted for use by national partners and should allow for easy translation into other languages.

The Approach

We developed a clean, visually appealing animation that demonstrated the various functions of advanced automotive glass, such as enhancing vehicle performance, improving energy efficiency, and supporting sustainability goals. This project marked a shift towards a more modern style, reflecting our five-year collaboration with Glass for Europe. The animation was structured to show how automotive glass contributes to environmental performance, including recyclability when managed correctly at end-of-life. We kept the tone clear and educational, with informative visuals and dynamic transitions that effectively communicated the message to a general audience while avoiding technical jargon.

The Result

The final animation successfully illustrated the role of advanced glass in improving vehicle functionality and sustainability, resonating with policymakers and stakeholders across Europe.

Glass for Europe was able to use the animation on its website and social media channels for advocacy purposes, and national partners across Europe adopted it for their campaigns.
