Making the complex, simple

We turn complex ideas and messages into something more easily digestible, to ensure they reach your core audience on digital platforms.

We don’t believe in the status quo and ‘business as usual’ when it comes to communicating reports and research, or policy campaigns.

We believe in using innovative methods – primarily short, eye-catching animations – to get your top-line messages to more of your core audience.

We understand how much time and effort you put into your reports and campaigns, and it is our mission to ensure your hard work pays off.

Our story

Senate Media was set up in 2013 when it acquired the political news website www.politics.co.uk. Our focus at the outset was to create video content for political campaigns by charities, trade associations, trade unions and others which could then be promoted on the Politics.co.uk website.

The directors of Senate Media, along with other senior members of staff, have a background in public affairs monitoring, so politics and public affairs is very much in our blood.

The entire business, including the production arm, initially traded as Politics.co.uk, but a widening of our remit to the creation of videos beyond the political sphere saw the birth of Senate Media as a brand in 2015.

Since our inception we have successfully delivered projects for more than 150 organisations, specialising in the non-profit and membership sector, but our expertise has also been called upon by corporates to help showcase thought leadership reports and other research.

Who we work with

As a company we are proud of our record in working with the non-profit and membership sector. Trade associations, trade unions, charities, research bodies and think tanks make up the majority of our client base.

If you work in this sector and are looking for a partner to work on your projects, then look no further than Senate Media. You’ll be hard pushed to find an organisation with as long and distinguished a track record as ourselves.

We have worked on projects across departments, from communications, to public affairs, social and digital.

But we also work with a number of large corporates who have turned to us for our specialism in turning complex ideas into engaging content. Our focus here is not on B2C content, but on B2B and other content aimed at stakeholders in the business.
