Cygnet

The Brief:

Cygnet Health Care commissioned us to create an engaging and informative animation to mark its 30-year history and articulate its vision for the future. The goal was to resonate with a broad audience that included staff, the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and external visitors on their website, such as the families of service users. The animation aimed to highlight Cygnet’s achievements, showcase its evolution, and outline its strategic objectives for the next five years, emphasising the integral role of staff in this journey.

The Approach:

To achieve this, we developed an inspiring narrative that reflects the diversity and depth of Cygnet’s vision. The animation features a variety of detailed characters, infusing personality and breadth into the story, while emphasising key statistics to create a significant impact. These statistics – 10,500 staff supporting 7,500 people across 150 UK sites—transition into imagery of cogs, symbolising unity and the community-driven vision of Cygnet.

The Result:

The final animation encapsulates Cygnet Health Care’s past achievements and future aspirations. It communicates the organisation’s dedication to providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on individuals’ lives every day. It serves as a powerful tool to engage staff, reassure regulators, and inform external audiences, reinforcing Cygnet’s identity and commitment to excellence.
